What is PetDesk?
PetDesk is a safe, free smartphone app that makes it easier to manage your pet’s health. It is available for both IOS and Android devices. PetDesk doesn’t take up much space on your phone, and there are no unwanted messages or ads.
Through the app, you can:
- Request Appointments
- Receive Reminders & Confirmations
- Order & Refill Medications
- Easily Access Your Pets’ Medical Records
- Manage Recurring Pet Care Tasks
To Download the App:
- Open the app store on your mobile phone
- Type in “PetDesk” in the search bar
- Install “PetDesk – Pet Health Reminders”
- Click “Create Account”
- Enter your name, the email you have on file with us, a password, and the phone number you have on file with us
- Search our name to link your account to our hospital
"We have been taking our 3 cats and dog to Arden Shoreview Animal Hospital for the last 5+ years. We initially started there because it was close to home, but have come to love the way they approach veterinary medicine and are authentic in their passion for animal care. We recently brought our German Shepherd mix in for a foot wound. They helped us work through a plan that was right for us, then called us to ensure she was on the up and up. The doctors and staff are great. One time when we arrived to pick up our girl, they had her in the office with them. Just hanging out and getting spoiled. So glad to have them right in our backyard."
