"An emergency visit brought us to your clinic and I'm very grateful that schedules were accommodated to see my puppy. Our experience was extremely positive beginning with my call to your receptionist, being triaged by your vet techs and finally interacting with Dr. Westgard and Dr. Mayaka. Dr. Westgard saw my puppy and was very kind, patient, informative, and took her time to walk through medical options. Finally, I was not only shocked but delighted to receive a follow-up call from Dr. Mayaka. Working in healthcare, this is incredible service and the vets and staff at Arden Shoreview Hospital went above and beyond to demonstrate excellent care.
